What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, the address of the property, your generator's make and model, and anything you write or send us, including photos of the data plate or the transfer switch.

How we use it

To answer you, to schedule your visits, to write your report, to send reminders before a visit and before a plan renews, and to keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

We text about your visits and renewals. Reply STOP to a message and we stop texting you. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Photos you send by text or WhatsApp also pass through those services.

How long we keep it

Service reports and plan records for as long as the law or our insurer requires. Messages and photos from people who did not book, for one year.
